Lovely break in Maspalomas! ☀️
Had a lekker time with loads of food options at every meal, especially breakfast! Staff were super friendly, and the evening entertainment was quite fun. Plus, no issue finding a sunbed after the first couple of days!
But geez, the pool area was a bit on the dirty side at times – could've used a good clean.

Free beach shuttle service, diverse snack offerings, well-maintained facilities
The dining area often crammed with insufficient seating!!! Noise levels from entertainment and outside traffic uncomfortably high!!! A gaping lack of air conditioning in the rooms led to uncomfortable nights!!! Too few vegetarian options available!!!

I stayed in a Twin Room with Pool View for 3 nights. The beds were comfy, but the sofa bed was too uncomfortable after a few nights. The room was clean, which was nice, but the air conditioning didn’t work well at all, making it a bit too warm at times. On the plus side, there was a decent-sized bathroom and a balcony that was great for a chill spot.

Lack of air conditioning in the rooms is a real downer, especially during hot spells. ceiling fans just don't cut it. The food quality left much to be desired, with numerous guests mentioning bland options and limited variety, which became tedious after a few days. The pool area suffered from overcrowding and cleanliness issues, with broken tiles around the edges and litter not getting cleaned up promptly. Finding a seat in the dining area was often a hassle, causing queuing at peak meal times. Lastly, the evening entertainment was repetitive and not particularly engaging, even for families.

The resort's cleanliness impressed me a lot. Staff cleaned all day, and I saw them picking up litter constantly. My room always had fresh towels. Nice touch! The variety of food in the restaurant was plentiful. Every meal offered something new, even if breakfast was a bit underwhelming sometimes. The pool bar had great snack options. burgers and pizzas hit the spot by the pool. The one thing I really didn’t like was the sunbed situation. Had to race to claim a spot in the morning. it felt unfair when others reserved loungers before the official time. Another downside was the noise level in the dining area. Super loud and chaotic, not the best atmosphere for meals. The evening entertainment could use a boost. It didn’t really draw the crowds in. I think some themed activities might add excitement. there were issues with rude staff interactions in the restaurant. I witnessed some staff snapping at guests. The pool area was crowded, making it hard to relax sometimes. I did appreciate the free shuttle to the beach, though it takes a little while to get there.
